Ordering & Deliveries FAQ

Explore our online Table Designer tool to create your perfect table in just a few clicks. Once ready, place your order seamlessly or fill out our simple enquiry form to share your vision for your dream table. Our dedicated team will respond within 24 hours, working with you to finalise your exact requirements and provide a detailed quote, including an estimated delivery date.

RockVine ensures transparency and security in our payment process. Initially, you can order online using our Table Builder tools. 

Alternatively, you will have a free consultation with no obligation. Once you approve the design, a 50% deposit is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due a few days prior to delivery and installation. We support multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

The lead times vary depending on project complexity and scale. For bespoke designs and retrofit projects, you can generally expect a turnaround between 4 to 8 weeks—from initial consultation to final installation. We will always endeavour to work with you to meet your specified deadlines.

Yes, you can request a sample to ensure the materials and design meet your expectations. We offer a range of samples for our standard finishes and some of our bespoke finishes, but it may not be possible to produce a sample of a totally unique finish.

RockVine proudly serves clients throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery is by our own dedicated courier who have several years’ experience of handling and installing our products. 

Delivery costs will be clearly communicated during your consultation but usually for most residential addresses in the UK it is totally free to most mainland UK postcodes. We reserve the right to charge additional fees, which will be agreed with you during the consultation process,  if your delivery address is out with our usual areas, if additional manpower is required or there are exceptional challenges with the installation.

RockVine will need clear access to the site for delivery and assembly. Specific requirements will be discussed during the consultation. Prior to delivery we ask our customers to send us pictures, or a short video, of the installation site so we can assess any additional requirements.

Yes, RockVine provides nationwide delivery and professional installation to ensure a flawless result. Most of our products are shipped as two pieces – surface and base. These require some minor assembly which our delivery persons carry out.
