Polished Concrete Dining Tables

A RockVine polished concrete dining table is crafted using multiple hand-trowelled layers of premium microcement, applied over a precision-cut engineered core.

Each layer is cured, sanded and refined before sealing, creating a smooth, natural concrete finish without the weight, cracking risk or impracticalities of traditional poured concrete.

RockVine uses high-grade microcement applied in 3–4 layers.

Each layer is:
- trowelled by hand
- allowed to cure properly
- sanded to refine texture and movement
- sealed to give durable lasting surface

This creates the visual depth and natural character of real concrete, with a far more stable and lightweight structure.

The microcement is applied onto a precision-cut green MDF core, ensuring:
- stability
- flatness
- clean geometry
- long-term strength
- no cracking or warping

Traditional poured concrete slabs are:

• unsuitable as thin furniture tops

All tables are finished in a durable, food-safe satin sealer that is:

We cut and prepare a moisture-resistant engineered board to exact dimensions, ensuring stability and flatness.

Our team applies thin layers of microcement, building depth and organic movement unique to each table.

Each layer is fully dried and monitored for temperature and humidity to ensure long-term stability.

Surfaces are sanded between layers, from coarse shaping to fine finishing.

We apply a premium sealant for durability, stain protection and everyday practicality.

Your chosen base is mounted, levelled and tested before delivery.

Microcement is flexible and layered, making cracking exceptionally unlikely when properly produced.
